With all planning, we actively pursue collaborations with those who minimise waste, seek responsibly-sourced ingredients, and use planet-friendly materials.

  • We design and produce curated dining experiences, private events, brand activations, weddings and bespoke London experiences.

    Our work ranges from intimate supper clubs and workshops to launches, private celebrations, and tailored stays — each shaped with a strong sense of storytelling and detail.

  • We offer a tiered planning service, from full wedding planning, to on-the-day coordination. We can also assist with individual elements of your planning and design process for a discounted rate. We will always start with a conversation about your budget to ensure that you are comfortable with costs.

  • Yes! As well as creating our own events, we are also available for hire; from concept development through to final execution, we can be as involved as you need.

    We work with private clients planning celebrations and dinners, as well as brands, to create thoughtful, well-executed events and experiences.

  • We start with a conversation about the experience you’re looking to have whilst visiting London. If you’re happy to proceed, we take an initial planning fee (price dependent on your length of stay) and we establish a wish list for your visit. We keep you updated along the way, handling bookings on your behalf before delivering a final package with an itinerary, booking confirmations and a user-friendly movement order.

    Please note that all third-party costs are charged separately.

  • Our fees vary depending on the scope of the project.

    Bespoke London Experiences begin at £250 for a tailored planning and coordination service.

    Event production, styling, and management are quoted individually depending on your requirements. Each proposal is tailored to your budget, with care taken to create something that feels considered and elevated, yet realistic.

  • For events, we can provide on-the-day coordination and production management where required. We love to meet with and support our community in person whenever possible!

    For Bespoke London Experiences, remote support will depend on the brief and can be discussed as part of the planning process.
